Within the scope of the corporation between Turkish Airlines and AYJET Flight School, 18 pilot candidates who started their flight training on January 8, 2018 successfully completed their training and deserve to have an airline pilot licenses.

The graduation ceremony of our alumni pilots as AYJET-THY 6th term was held on May 4, 2019 with the participation of our alumni pilots’ families, relatives, and AYJET family. Also SVP, Flight Training Captain Pilot Suat DEMİRKIRAN, Vise President of Flight Operations, Captain Pilot Arif Tansel AKINCI, Fleet Manager A320, Captain Pilot Serkan Cevdet TANSU, Fleet Manager B737 Captain Pilot İnanç İNCE from Turkish Airlines attended the ceremony. Principal of AYJET, Naci UÇAR, SVP,Flight Training Captain Pilot Suat DEMİRKIRAN, Vise President of Flight Operations Captain Pilot Arif Tansel AKINCI and top scoring student of 6th term gave their speeches at the ceremony.

Our students, who has started their flight training in AYJET after having completed the pilot selection process of Turkish Airlines, has shown great performance throughout their training in AYJET. 6th term, has graduated with an average of 90.92 points in their ATPL exams.

The cooperation which has been started between AYJET and Turkish Airlines has continued with new pilot candidates while graduating present terms. Up to now, 98 alumni pilots has been given pilot training and 113 student pilots are continuing to get trained on behalf of Turkish Airlines. New pilot cadets from Turkish Airlines will start their pilotage training in June 17th, 2019.

So far, 500 of the pilots graduated from AYJET, fly for Turkish Airlines, 165 of them for Pegasus Airlines, 79 of them for SunExpress and others in different airline companies. In total, 974 pilots graduated from AYJET have taken their places in cockpits and began to fly for airlines.
