For practical flight training, AYJET boasts a fleet consisting of 16 Diamond DA-20 Eclipse (SEP) aircraft, 11 Sonaca S201 (SEP) aircraft, two Zlin L242 (SEP) aerobatic aircraft, and 4 Diamond DA-42 Twinstar (MEP) aircraft. AYJET also employs Elite S812, Elite S923, and Alsim AL200 simulators for simulator training, while proudly incorporating the B737 NG simulator produced by VENYO into its fleet.

While Hezarfen Airport serves as AYJET's primary base for flight training, the school also provides training at Balıkesir Koca Seyit Airport, Dalaman Airport, Bursa Yenişehir Airport, and Tekirdağ Çorlu Airport.

Flight safety is of paramount importance to AYJET Flight School, with a firm commitment to achieving zero accidents or incidents during training. AYJET maintains its own SHY-145 Maintenance Organization, which oversees all aircraft maintenance activities. In addition, the Compliance Monitoring Management and Safety Management System implemented by AYJET contribute to the highest level of flight safety by conducting internal audits across various training and maintenance activities, as well as ensuring the constant updating of company documents.

AYJET's graduate pilots are highly sought after by airline companies due to their exceptional knowledge and flight skills, consistently receiving positive feedback from these airlines.
