Özyeğin University and AYJET Approved Training Organization have been cooperating in pilot training since 2012-2013 academic year. Pilotage undergraduate program is a modular ATPL(A) training program and the theoretical trainings have been applied by Özyeğin University Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The students are placed in the program by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Flight training given by AYJET, starts from the second semester of the 2nd class and continues in 4th, 6th and 8th semesters. An average of 50 students attend this program each year. This cooperation is the first collaboration between the university and an Approved Training Organization in Turkey and has also been carried out with success so far. Since now, all pilots which are graduated from this program have started to fly in airline companies. In this pilot training program, which is built on the right ideas by the right partners, brings qualified pilots who are well-trained in the aviation industry.
